Aged Farmhouse (Boerenkaas – 2 Years)

Our Aged Farmhouse is a traditional Boerenkaas-style cheese, carefully aged for up to 24 months to develop a rich, complex flavor profile. Similar in character to a two-year-old English Cheddar, this cheese offers a satisfying crumbly texture, sharp tang, and a smooth finish with naturally sweet, nutty notes.

Crafted from 100% Vancouver Island cow’s milk, Aged Farmhouse reflects the unique terroir of the coast and the time-honoured cheesemaking traditions we proudly uphold. Crystals formed through natural aging add a delightful crunch to every bite.

Perfect for cheese boards, gourmet sandwiches, with a bright whiskey or simply paired with a crisp cider or robust red wine.
