Made with fresh A2 Water Buffalo milk from local farms, our Water Buffalo Brie is inspired by traditional soft-ripened cheesemaking. Water buffalo milk is naturally rich and creamy, giving this cheese its smooth texture, delicate flavour, and beautiful ivory-white paste.

Each wheel is crafted with care using traditional cheesemaking methods, our special Vancouver Island terroir, and the persistence of our Swiss-trained cheesemaker, Paul Sutter, to get it just right. The cheese is gently ripened to develop its soft bloomy rind, creamy interior, slight nutty flavour, and a subtle touch of the wild that comes from non-GMO, grass-fed, pasture-raised water buffalo milk. The result is a fresh Canadian soft-ripened cheese with European inspiration, made from local milk and crafted right here on Vancouver Island.
