Made in Courtenay on Vancouver Island, Natural Pastures cheeses are crafted with milk from local island farms and shaped by our coastal terroir — ocean air, green pastures, mountain rain, and traditional cheesemaking methods. Each cheese has its own personality, from soft and buttery to bold, smoky, and aged.

Here is what you can look for in Calgary Co-op stores.

Comox Brie

Our Comox Brie is soft, creamy, and beautifully approachable. It has a delicate bloomy rind and a smooth, buttery centre that becomes richer as it ripens. It is perfect for cheese boards, baked brie, picnics, and pairing with fruit, crackers, wine, or honey.

Amsterdammer

Aged Farmhouse

Aged Farmhouse is for those who love a cheese with character. Aged like a traditional old cheddar but crafted as a gouda-cheddar blend by our Swiss cheesemaker, it has a sharp edge, smooth sweetness, and beautiful crystals that develop with age.
