Today, we’re filled with gratitude and pride knowing that our cheeses have found their way to tables across Canada, delighting taste buds from British Columbia to Alberta and beyond.
One of our greatest joys is knowing that Albertans are enjoying the fruits of our labor. Our cheeses, lovingly made with milk from Vancouver Island farms, are inspired by the lush landscapes and rich heritage of the Island. Whether it’s the creamy decadence of our Triple Cream Camembert, the robust character of our Aged Farmhouse, or the sweet, nutty finish of King’s Peak, Albertans have embraced the flavors of the West Coast with open hearts.
We often hear from visitors who discover our cheese while traveling through British Columbia. Many Albertans visit our Artisan Cheese Shop in Courtenay, BC, arriving fresh off the BC Ferries and eager to experience the Island’s beauty and culinary delights. Their stories of falling in love with our cheese, and their determination to bring it back home, always bring a smile to our faces.
